Lag only over water?

I've had this problem for a long time now, and have done everything I can to fix it. So far, I've failed. For some odd reason my connection is fine when I'm flying over land, but as soon as I get near any water my connection gets really bad and everything starts warping all over the place, and my plane starts moving slow then fast again in 1 second intervals.

Does anyone else have this problem, or is it just me? Is there a way to fix this?

Never heard of it, but what I would do first is to delete the cache directory and let it rebuild.  About the only thing there is to water is a texture.

Is "Animated Water" in your graphics settings (clipboard) unchecked?

I can't find that little box in my Graphics Setting A8balls. It could be that it really isn't in there for me, or my crappy eyes just keep lookng over it. Can you tell me where in the Graphics Settings its located?

They took the animated water settings out after the last terrain update (where they put in the beaches instead of having the puzzle peice ocean transition)

LOL, so they did. Guess I need to start checking the updated stuff.
