drives me crazy

well i guees every one has to ***** once in awhile
 there are very few things about Aces High that i dont like,
    ive been gone for about four months, and last n ight i remembered what it was that drives me crazy
   its not the Game,  200,  LAs, (i like those),Vulchers,  HOERS,or any other of the normal gripes
 
 Friggen killstealers,  

 last night i shot down a mossie, there he is tail missing, doing a beautifull spiral down to the ground  
here comes some twit and  he follows  the broken plane down, putting rounds into it all the way,
   assist pops up, ill tell ya i so wish i had a mic,
i fly for all three contries i fly for the fight,
 i will never fire apon a plane that has been taken out by someone else,
  to me that is the worst thing people do in this game and the one thing that drives me crazy:furious

There is ALOT of chaff in the AH2 wheat lately...guess that advertising
paying off..get the subscribers..no matter what it does to gameplay

Ya know Ink old bud, I gotta call ya out on this one.  It's the frigging MA and the MA is really just a place to practice and hone your skills for events and scenerios.  Anything and just about everything happens in the MA's and you've known that for years.  Your complaint about kill stealing is right up there with complaints of vultching, HO's, cherry picking, and running.  If you have become one of the 'AH Purist", you need to only fly in the DA.  The MA's are nothing more than the second phase of the training arena.  Most of us don't progress out of the MA's due to either time constrainsts, immaturity, lack of interest, and a host of other related reasons.    Heck talking about kill stealing... it's a bug in the game but a GV'er always gets just an assist if an aircraft lands a round on another GV and you take it out.  Ya just gotta suck it up and get over it if you are going to play in any of the MA arenas.  From a business standpoint for HTC, the "Purist" faction is not big enough to sustain the business in any stretch of the imagination.  I challenge you to tell us of any current game that will just support the dogfight and nothing more and stop anyone from joining the dogfight that you are engaged in.  I know of none myself.

Ink, I post this not to rag on you but to just bring up the facts as I see them and not to poke fun at your posting.  Now how bout some cheese to go with that Whine?  (heehehehhe... sorry I couldn't resist)

I try my very best not to take anyone elses kills, but there are 1 or 2 times I may accidentally take someone kill. Not anything like chasing a buring/missing wing plane down putting led into them. If I see someone chasing someone and they're getting away I'll dive in to scare the guy into turning so the fight can continue, or if we have the usual mass horde (or even 2-3 guys) chasing 1 plane and there's someone closer to him then I won't fire 500 rounds over his shoulder trying to get the kill.

i hear ya Doc,    
 hell from what i hear nowadays DA is no better
its all good though i still injoy AH very much  and its great to be back
    i still havent tried the events or scenerios yet maybee one of these days i will.
    and no there are no other combat sims quite like AH, why that is so im not sure,
i tried them all, there may be some aspects that are better than AH,(mostly graphics)
      does not Matter AH is king of them all.
my favorite thing is to try to fight my way out  of the deep chit, like having 5 or more nme trying to kill ya, and still making it back to base with a couple kills.  for me i mostly just die with no kills, but damm its fun ether way. live or Die

Glad you didn't take my post the wrong way bro !  Actually if I didn't work this darned rotating shift with tons of mandatory overtime, I'd be in all the scenerios and events as that's where the real meat of the game is.  It's just what you are looking for.  They are ran by highly skilled players and there is no hanky-panky allowed.  It's the most realistic play available.  I've been in what few that I happen to be available for and they are nothing but minutes of pure boredome and minutes of pure terror.  You have only one life to give for the mission.

I highly recommend that you check them out!
