OK I used the

Button and looked for 'Chat Room' nothing...Apart from Chatting in Game, why not have a Chat Rooom outside the game (Not the Lobby either), allowing us to log in and chat, (So killing a few hours at work when decidedly bored), and not needing to download the game.

The closest suggestion was a java applet that allowed users to watch the clipboard map and chat with people in-game without participating in the war.

However I do understand what you're talking about and don't think it's the best idea. There's always the "Aces High General Discussions" Board.
