I am pretty tired so that could possibly be why im missing your point.

wasnt really directed at you, just used what you said to illustrate a point about the protesters in general.

got me talking about it?  I am responding to a thread.   I am not telling anyone about the thing... hell.. as you say.. I don't know anything about it other than the pictures.

I have never felt threatened by scientology.. I do not feel anything but amusement toward the internet ninjas and trekkies in masks that you showed pics of.

It is a non issue...  good only for a laugh.

I never posted pics. Just informed about it. And again, it got you talking about it. It caused a conversation in a thread that more people have read and thought about.

sooooo..   your theory is that even if you prove yourself an idiot by some action (and accomplish nothing but that).... It is still better than not taking that action?

That reminds me of a quote from a Catholic priest, who lived in Germany during the 30's and 40's, "They came for the Socialists.  I did not speak up, since I was not a socialist.  They came for the gays.  I did not speak up since I was not gay.  they came for the Gypsies.  I did not speak up since I was not a Gypsy.  They came for the Jews.   I did not speak up since I was not a Jew.  They came for me, and there was no one left to speak for me."

Be declared "free game", by scientology.  That means that any scientologist can, and has an obligation to sue you, harass you, even kill you.  That is right, if you attempt to reveal the truth of scientology's practices, you could be declared a SP(Suppressive Person) and face their litigious wrath.  If that doesn't work,  and you still persist in revealing the true nature of their organization, You will be RC45'ed(Rapid Clear .45cal.) Problem solved.

You may not feel threatened by them, but I have a problem with an organisation created by a SCIENCE FICTION WRITER calling itself a "Church".

oddly enough.. no scientologist has harmed.. or even threatened me.   I don't even know anyone who has been harmed or threatened..   a quick survey of the people at work showed me that most had never even heard of em and those who had..  did not know even the rudiments of the religion.

the scientoligists are not above the law.. they will not "come for me" in any way.

They must have killed everyone in some secret manner cause... the "truth" about their religion has been "protected"

or.. it is simply a non event that only internet star trekers in 3m dust masks care about..

Oh.. great mixing up of ideaologies there with the guy fawlkes masks... what a bunch of buffoons.
