U do not have a 100MB/s, thats your network speed, not your ISP speed.  Fastest ISP speed i know of is a 30 meg DL through FIOS (fiber optic) which translate to about 3.2+MB/s give or take a few.  U are as fast as your slowest connection.

100Mbit is you LAN speed, i.e. the speed at which your computer is connected to your gateway (modem) or to your router..

after that is your actual speed .. which is from your modem out to the net, which you can test at ..

Yeah going to suck for Thndr and I...  Phone company keeps saying we'll be getting DSL soon but keep delaying....  Thndr actually wrote an email to them and finally got a reply from the president of the phone company lol. :)   Still no specific date as to when we get to come out of the stone age though... :(

Here is the note I got back from our little outfit:

"I am sorry for the delay in getting back to you as well as the delay in
getting DSL service to your area.  You are correct that a number of
timelines have been given and missed.  We have experienced a number of
unexpected delays.  We are still working to deploy DSL in the Owyhee
Jct. area.  I am more than reluctant to give you another tentative
timeline until I can give you something very solid.  I have your
information on file and we will contact you when the service is
available.  Please feel free to contact me for updates.  Thank you for
your patients.
