On the one hand I think Van deserves every bit of this crap for his past posts, but on the other, come on guys, he's only 17. Don't any of you have kids or grandkids, or even little brothers, about this age. Notice that none of them have much impulse control. ;)

Good evening, gentlemen!

I wish to appoint Chapel for Allied CIC (CO).

I wish to appoint Arlo, Vanscrew, EagleEyes, Jolly as Commanders (XO).

As I see it, we should have a 24/7 Commander present, by doing 4 hour watches so, we still need 2 more Commanders.

We already have our Propaganda Minister, Joedog.

We need a Recruitment/Public Relations/Records Officer too.

I may offer my services in the latter appointment. My 9/10 hours a week available will hardly allow me to commit to anything else...

At some point please pick 'one' XO and as many battle captains as you want...

If you are not available we will ask the XO for round aircraft choices.  If neither you or the XO is available we will track down one of your battle captains.

Sorry Sparrow, don't wish to bail on yer ideas (and know that all documents and ideas are safe with me).
I have decided to gain the perspective from the other side of this war to see how things play out, and to gain a little experience in different Aircraft.

I was undecided about it until recently, and just decided to jump in with both feet.
