Gunner problems

I want there to be a way that u can kick a gunner out of ur plane, becuase i have had gunners sit there and not shoot and have them waste all the ammo. And mabye a way that the ranking system makes it so ppl can kick people out of the SB so spys dont sit there so there CV can't sink!

How exactly do they waste all the ammo if they're not shooting.

Seriously, the best solution to the gunner problem: Gun yourself.
You can be pretty sure that "eny 1 needs a gunner?" indicates major lack of skill. Players that actually can gun usually fly their own bombers.
