I don't know if this has been talked about already, and i'm sure no one's going to like it, but I think we should get rid of the option to automatically appear on the runway and get going. I admit this isn't supposed to be a really realistic game, but it would be cool since you never saw three fully loaded B-17s magically appear on the runway and go. I'd just much rather have planes roll out from the hangars:aok

You are free to do so. Click "H" to deploy.

you can also uncheck the auto takeoff box.

Why? How would that improve anything? And what's the negative impact on game if it's still there?
