Little Help anyone?

I pressed the shortcut on my desktop(and i went to start) to get into Aces High.  Usually you would then see the logo with the 51 and 109 and the clipboard.  Well....everything is white.  The Copyright and version is in its regular colors, but everything else is white...which means i cant do anything but Alt F4 to get to desktop.  When i alt F4 it flashes regular color then im at desktop.  what's the problem?

You might try restarting your PC. If you have and it is still not working, it might be your video setting -- drop it if you can get to it. I'll search some help..BUG Forums and Technical... for a minute. I have had the issue, but it may be PC related.

I went to the Technical Support Forum, used White Screen as my search, and it brought up lots of stuff. Rebooting is usually the best option. (First) Looks like a DirectX possibility, thirdly, a guy posted that he was changing his video settings, fixed it hisself, but put no "How to" in the reply. Would have helped others, IMO even if he made himself look like a DOLT.

Didn't want to grab a bunch of links unless you are completely hosed. And of course, like Spike said, you may have to reinstall. That would be my last resort tho.

Banshee, before reinstalling, delete your video8.cfg file in settings m8......might have got banjoed a bit.....

Had this happen when I had the crappy video card. Tried changing my video settings and screwed it up. I forget how I got the clipboard to come up, but I tried offline and notice I had 10 seconds in there before everything went white again. Went back in and changed the setting real quick and no more problem.

i have had this problem numerous times too, in fact it still does it to me every once in a while

Deleted the video6 thing and we are up and running.:)   Thanks for all you help guys..i about wanted to punch the screen.  #S# and thanks a LOT!!!
