stage6 is shutting down on the 28th! that really sucks!
Anyone have any suggestions for a replacement? i want another good place to upload films that allow the high def like stage6 did.i know there are alot of sites out there but im looking for one like stage6 if anyone knows of one or has suggestions i would apreciate it.

What? NOO!! I'm nearly done with my film too! I was hoping to upload it to stage6 for the Hi-def effect. Now what shall I do!

I had found tons of cool videos on there that I wanted to watch as I had time. Now I won't get too.....BLEH:furious

Crap, okay, so how do I download and play films from thier site before they shut down? I tried but they're a wierd stage6 format or w/e.

megaupload just dont see to be what im looking for.I want another site like stage6 with a good size viewing area and high quality vids.

Sitube is just another youtube 100meg max file size and small viewing screen....like youtube if you enlarge the vid it gets distorted. is there any other divx sites like stage6? films that dr.divx compressed ended up 30-80meg range. but sites like youtube and others dont support divx files. a 3 min film rendered to 1400x1080 ends up being 150+ megs insize.i already miss stage6 even the compressed files had great playback on there. I wish i could find another might just have to give up making films.

I believe Stage6 was one of a kind. Most of us can deal with the large file sizes and will go through the trouble to download it. Overall you can use the .divx compression tool and force us to watch the file with the DivX player. That way your file is compressed as it was with Stage6 and we can still view it if we have the DivX Player.

Was testing VEOH... didn't like it
