Enough is Enough...Text Solicitations!

Since this morning, I have recieved four text message solicitations...The latest coming just now, 12AM Midnight.  Is there anything I can do about it to block this garbage?  Any website I can report text solicitations?  I'm really pissed.

I get one every month that purports to be from my cellular provider.  When i call them, they say its not from them.

Is there a do-not-call for cells only?
