Is there any plan on increasing the sig char limit?

Increasing the signature character limit would be most helpful to many of us.

My signature takes up more space and is more confusing due to this 300 char limit.

Sorry to bother you again Skuzzy, but the old forum had an option to email someone even if their email adress was hidden. The sender would only see your email adress after you replied to him.
Unless I'm mistaken, you now can only receive an email thru the board if your email is not hidden.

I was not aware that hiding the email would also prevent email from being sent, although it does make some sense, as the current setting allows the receiver of the email to see the senders email address.

I'll explore that and see if I can alter it.

I removed the strke-through code as it the <S> (salute) was being mis-intepreted by the board.

Are you going to move the BB back to the old address? Or is it staying here permanently?

It will get moved to another server once I upgrade the operating system.  Why?

Mainly just curious if the old addresses that we had referencing saved threads will be good again in the future. or if the new address (svsl1) is the way it is going to stay?

Also should we change our links to the BB to the new (svsl1) or wait, and have them return to what they where before?

Is this retroactive, or going-forward?

Because I'm still seeing a lot of posts with strikethroughs caused by salutes.

It may not undo what is already done.  I already turned it off for the posting.  It is still on for signatures though.

Can we get some sort options for the Search results? As it is now, unless you can narrow it down to just a few threads, it's almost worthless.
