Coquille St. Jacques and wine, prepared by nubile young natives of the tropical paradise upon which I'm stationed. The drawn butter for my king crab legs is a bit messy in combat, so I've asked them to stick with fork food. If I'm in a buff I might grill a steak back in the bomb bay during climb out.
Hot tea. Tazo Zen is a nice Yuppy tea, but I also have some excellent Russian tea I picked up when I was in Samara last year. Pretty sure it's from Siri Lanka (or whatever they call it this year).
Shrimp cocktail makes a nice appetizer while you auto-climb.
If I'm flying against the BishRooks, who always cruise above 40,000 feet (as opposed to Knights, who cruise at FL 4,000) and I have time I'll go whole hog. My Corsair has a microwave, hot water on tap, and a refrigerator, so I'm pretty well stocked.
