The old vertex explosion animation

It would look cool if we still had a partial or complete vertex explosion of plane models, when the fuel tanks explode, to go with the flaming sprite animation that replaced it.

Screenshots of the difference?
Ron White says you can't fix stupid. I beg to differ. Stupid will usually sort itself out, it's just a matter of making sure you're not close enough to become collateral damage.

I lost them with one of my HDDs. It basicaly made all the vertices of a plane's 3D model explode outwards.
I'll try and dig something up...

planes should explode into flame, not just gentle start trailing fire.

i once had a glitched film and an A6m caught fire and at the same time made the explosion animation. it looked really cool, just like the fuel had been ignited and EXPLODED into flame. looked alot like the gun cam footage i have seen on the net.

and yeah the old animation where plane parts are scattered in all directions was a nice touch.
