Hillary and the bridge
« on: March 13, 2008, 05:39:53 PM »
Hillary was giving a speech from the top of the Mississippi bridge when she slipped and fell to the water below.
There happened to be two young boys fishing under the bridge at the time.
They both jumped in and pulled her to shore.
Hillary gave them her thanks and told them that they had saved her life because she couldn`t swim.
She told them to show her appreciation she would give each of them anything they wished.
The first little boy said that he wanted to go to Disney World.
Hillary told him she would send the whole family to Disney World.
The second boy said that he wanted one of those motorized chairs that were being advertised on TV.
Hillary asked who in his family was handicapped.
He explained that there was not anyone handicapped at the moment , but there would be as soon as his Dad found out he had saved her.

 :devil
Democracy is two wolves deciding on what to eat. Freedom is a well armed sheep protesting the vote.

Here lie these men on this sun scoured atoll,
The wind for their watcher, the wave for their shroud,
Where palm and pandanus shall whisper forever,
A requiem fitting for heroes
