Setting Speed
« on: March 28, 2008, 03:54:51 PM »
I would like to ask for a SYSTEM MESSAGE that confirms speed setting, if we could. For instance when i type a .SALVO xx   I will get a system message that confirms. Would it be possible to appply for speed.

Thank You
Forgot who said this while trying to take a base, but the quote goes like this. "I cant help you with ack, Im not in attack mode" This is with only 2 ack up in the town while troops were there, waiting. The rest of the town was down.

As far as I know, you DO get one when setting salvo *and* delay settings.

EDIT: At least I seem to recall seeing something...

Well short of getting HT to coad that for you.

Before you set your speed, put your plane in autoclimb.
Then do your speed set.

You will see it take effect the second you get it right.

I thought the airspeed indicator did a pretty fair job of telling you
your speed myself.  :D
