I regret to inform you that the F86 did not see combat in WWII.

This would only happen if we get a Korean-era server. HTC has mentioned the possibility in the past, so I won't come flat out and say no. Just, not right now, the way the game is currently set up.

(BTW, THAT is when we will have a B-29 for sure.)

I'd love a Korean War arena... F-86A, F-86E, F-86F, F-84E, F-84G, F-80C, F9F-2, F9F-5, F2H-3, F4U-4, P-51D, AD-1, MiG-15, MiG-15bis, Yak-15, Yak-9P, La-9, La-11 and IL-10 for fighters and ground support. Add the A-26 and B-29 for bomber work.

Yeah, I'd love it...

F-82E would be the F7F-3N's USAF counterpart, at least until the F3D-2 and F-94 arrived in 1951.

The Grumman did a great job killing La-11s, Yaks and the Po-2s used as "bedcheck charlies", but was a bit too slow to hunt MiGs at night. The Douglas F3D-2 Skyknight was very effective against nocturnal MiGs. Typically, MiG drivers never knew the F3D was there until lit up by a torrent of 20mm.

Actually, That is great oppurtunity for HTC and crew, if they could put one together with that planeset. I don't see any other sims' out there with that large a selection from that era. It would make for a really popular setting.

There is an F-86 and a Mig-15 Bis add on in "Wing over Vietnam" and Wings over Europe" both made by Third wire the same company that makes Strike Fighters.

CHECK HERE FOR THE f-86

Scroll through the planes and find the Mig-15
