how can I post a screen shot in forum? Do I have to have quick time 7?

You have to host the image on the internet first. Using image shack, or photobucket, mediafire etc., There is quite a few of them.
Once you get it hosted, all you have to do is copy the image location (once it's hosted right click on it and select copy image location.)

Then, come back to the bulletin board and when you go to make a post, right above the furious smiley (this guy)  :furious There will be a button that says insert image. You will then get this once you have that, put your cursor in between the two img tags and copy your image location. That's all there is to it. Hopefully I explained this well enough.
