Cannot Run New Version

Downloaded the new version, no problem with download or installation.  When I try to open the game I get the flipping page and when I finally get to the tower on the arena the game locks up.  The view from the tower is grey, the frame rate is "0" and the only way to proceed is to hard boot the computer.  What is wrong?

If you have amd or multy core CPU you must (correct me if I am wrong) right click on your shortcut for AH and click compatability mode.

I left out one part :uhoh after you right click your shortcut select properties then choose compatibility mode.  If this is not your problem or a problem with the patch you will probably be asked more questions like.

-What opperating sys. do you use?(vista, xp, etc.)
-Have you read the stickys in this board?
