A new PTO?

I'm a big fan of the old PTO games.  Excellent mix between wargame, strategy, and fun.  Seems there's a new one in development.  Anyone else fans of PTO?

Not a brand new one, but when it comes to PTOs they don`t have to be to get the job done.
