My Aces high doesn't lauch :(

Hey, my aces high doesn't launch it turns all white when it loads then it says sorry for the inconvenience we have to shut down or w/e!!   :frown:

Start->Run->DXDIAG.  Save all information, then post the forst section about the computer and the second section about the video card, and third section about the sound card.

Or email me the entire file with a description of the problem.

It is all in the DXDIAG output.  That is the best way to get everything at one time.

The file that it creates shows all the information about your computer that DirectX needs in order to run.

If you cannot parse it out, then just email the entire file to me with a description of the problem and I will be happy to look through it.
