Do not misinterpretate me, but I would like you to think in terms of representativity of the models (numbers built).
For instance, The Hs 219 had only 268 built...The He 177, 1146. The Do 17, I would accept better, but only 578 built. ITOH, the He 111, got 5678 built...So, I would go for Do17 and perked He177 that, with the He111, would pretty much close the Luftwaffe planeset IMHO.
Although I would very much appreciate the Swordfish, I think it would be better to have the Albacore or the Barracuda. The "Torbeau" would do just fine, too...The Beau and the Sea Hurricane, although good ideas, could come later, the RAF planeset is pretty much complete if you had a Blenheim.
The Italian planes, as the Russian planes are in very bad need of new planes. But 2 or three models is all that is missing to build a highly representative planeset.
The Japanese planeset really needed a couple of new models. But bare in mind that the main gap in the planeset still is the lack of the Betty. All other models were produced so late in the war and in such small numbers...mostly for homeland defense and B29 interception...
The French planeset, non-existant at the moment, would only serve Early War setups. Amiot 143 and LeO 451 bombers, Potez 630/631 and Breguet 690 Fighter/Bombers, Morane Saulnier MS406, Dewoitine D520 and Bloch 151 fighters, all would be precious aditions to the EW planeset and to some North-African setups, but that would be it. They stopped fighting quite early.
If I had to choose, I would put the Amiot143, the Potez630, the Morane Saulnier MS406 and the Dewoitine D520 into the game and I would close the French planeset right there...
Anyway, this is not going to happen, not in two years, so...let's keep on dreaming, it's free!
