Never tried it, but I have run a server on one and joined a freq on the other at the same time. It worked ok, but I could only transmit on 1 of them.

Configure the RW thingy, and when testing the mic for the first time, It runs OK. If I click Test Mic for a second time, It won't record anything....so half duplex mode on. If I just run Test Mic once, and have the game in full duplex mode, when I get into AH won't work. That only to speak about a consistent problem. CTD are daily subject, and system freeze is a random feature (or it seems soo). Alt+TAB usage at each own risk....more often than not you (I) will have to reboot puter.

This using Wav recording and Dx8.0a....the half duplex problem became aparent with AH patch 1.062, the rest of them are part of the idiosyncracies of RW...

Recently formated my HD & had to reload from scratch.

After extensive reading on both this board, and the RogerWilco site I found the following information.

When installing a new ver of RW (with gator) it is VERY easy to not install the gator portion.

Start the instilation process. When you get to the first Licence screen, say no. Gator will not install. It will continue, when you get to the second Licence screen say Yes, Roger Wilco WILL install.

Thats all there is too it folks!

It didn't work the first time I tried it, but I had the wrong recording device selected. I picked the right device and voila it works fine now with WAV recording. Thanks!

Hmm. Methinks a FAQ and/or troubleshooting guide is in order. I'll have to get this info up on my website. We're way overdue for a FAQ with this kind of stuff in it.
