Mission Starts

OK, here I go with yet another nooblet question that I can't find an answer for...

I really enjoy joining missions when they are posted, but...  Always a but, isn't there?  But, nine times out of ten, the mission time arrives and I can hear all of the other members of the missions starting up and taking off, but I am still sitting in the tower...  Eventually the system takes me into the plane on the runway and allows me to take off, but I am almost always one of the last planes.  I end up cranking the WEP just to try and catch up and often arrive on the target location with little or no WEP left.

Question is this...  What can I do to force the launch with the rest of the group?  Or is it entirely out of my hands and I have simply been severely unfortunate so far?

Hm. Maybe it has to do with you place in the queue. Like the first one to spawn is the first player in first formation, the last one the last player that joined the last formation, or so...-

Since 2 or 3 weeks it is the same here.
If mission ist otr i withdraw and join new .... i am otr with all the others.

This doesn't appear to be the case either.  It doesn't seem to be related to which aircraft in the mission I join as and even if I am the first person to join the mission, I still tend to be near the end when everything spawns on the runway.  Very frustrating.

you can load up in the same plane as them and launch your self i had that problem once i alway just got the setings from the mission thing on loadout
