Oh and BTW I am getting a raise, again, this year. :devil

At this point, I'd say, you can have my job. Oh wait! I live in Oklahoma and already have the best job (pay and bene's) in the area. Crap. Guess I'm stuck. MAC, I'm thinking of opening my own business doing residential and small business networks. Install, support, consulting. Maybe some residential PC fixin' to fill the time. I'd like to specialize in Churches, seeing theres one on every corner here. Whatcha think 'bout that? Need a job? In six months or so, we play our cards right, I might even be able to pay ya! :rofl
