My cousin's have a catfish pond.  They chum the water with fish pellets and then throw in hooks baited with hot dog.  Then of course my aunt has caught catfish on soap before so don't ask me :rolleyes:

how about a flounder sammich with tartar sauce for breakfast?

a guy I worked with 22 years ago, every Sat. morning at 4:30 am, he'd eat one leftover from his Fri. evening fish supper.

always thought the guy was nuts.
I mean come on, leftover fish? no such thing.
I always cleaned my plate, when I eat fish.

how about a porkchop pizza?

or one of those Hawaiian pizza with chopped BBQ pork?

hmmm I'm gonna have to try that one. oh that sounds good. making my mouth water thinking bout it.

Actually, cold fried fish makes a wonderful sandwich. When we cook speckled trout, we always cook way too  much to eat. Lunch tomorrow: cold filets on white bread with mayonnaise black pepper and thin sliced 1015 onion. I enjoy that more than the fresh hot the night before.
