Rebuild times need reset

I guess there was a reset of the map today; it looks like the rebuild times went back to the old AvA settings of 5 minutes for acks to rebuild and I'm pretty sure the rebuild times of other structures need looked at too.  We appreciate any staffer that can look into it for us.  <S>

Yeah, it has... earlier today, made a pass on a VH, got the kill message, turned around for another run, and by the time I was about to drop on the radar I noticed the VH was up again. And, I was in a Ju88, so Im pretty sure it wasnt 15 mins between drops.. more like 2-3
