What kind of headset is it?

Are you asking how to use the microphone portion of the headset or how to hook up the regular auditory aspects of the headset?

In the back part of your computer, plug in the plugs to their corresponding colors.

Then, go in-game and hit F-12 to talk to people within your range, or hit T to talk to those on your Vox channel.

You can also customize the buttons on your keypad or joystick to the respective buttons, T or F12, so that it's easier to get to during battle.

Also you can tune yourself in the number 5 slot of your vox bar.  Just type your name in the last slot...bring it up with the / key (default) then press T and see how you sound.  It's a good way to see how you sound to others around you.  Also if that doesnt work make sure you are not muted in windows.  Hope that helps :)
