oh no looks like I have some competition   :aok
the 78th is a great squad if your looking for an escort squadron. However if your looking for a bomb group then 100th BGH is the way to go. B-17s all the way

The 78th is a great bunch of folks. Really great escorts and bomber pilots as well. Loads of fun flying missions with you all. :salute

Hehe, I think our "target" audience is different enough that we will complement each other rather than compete with each other.  :)

I can't believe that I have known Trukk for close to 8 years now since way back in FA2 days. Keep the 78th going strong Trukk.

Hey Reschke!  I think you left AH just a couple of months before we came over.  :(

If you ever think of coming back, it'd be great to fly with you again.  We could even do some scenario type stuff in the MAs.

Yep he mentioned it to us on the squadron BBS.

Are you still living up in New Foundland or whatever it was way up north?

The TBM setup looks to be a lot of fun. You should come back and fly Reschke.

Hehe, New Brunswick (right next to Maine).  Great place to live and raise a family, I just wish we weren't one time zone ahead of Eastern time (especially as I get older and can't nighthawk like when I was in my 20s  :cry).

Bump for bomber pilots!  We need B-17 drivers who like flying formation (<200 yards)!

AAR, Apr-10:  The group flew two missions in support of the frontline.  The first was a milkrun, but the second was hot with about a dozen bandits engaging the formation.  Luckily the little friends did a great job of blunting the attack the the close formation of the bombers hammered the rest!  Out of 24 bombers, only 3 were lost (one of which ran out of gas).
