Sounds like they are thinking clearly to me...  I have spent a lot of time in arkansas..   my grandparents lived there for 40 years... parents 10..  I am not surprised that the likes of klinton came from there.. it is a breeding ground for used car salesmen and welfare frauds.

West Virginia is a backwards state. It continually elects Democrats and taxes the crap out of its people, but its Pro 2nd and has very lax gun laws.
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

Isn't it like that everywhere? I have a hard time believing you would be found guilty of murder for killing a home invader if you felt your life was in danger.

No.  In non-castle law states, the intruder has to be specifically threatening you.  In castle law states, you are allowed to shoot the intruder for invading your castle, regardless of how he does it.

You have to know how to party.

What WV needs to do next is get rid of their dinosaur senator.

Yep.

Any one with 12 years in the legislature should go.  Regardless of party.

There was an incident where an intruder injured himself while in the act of Breaking & Entering and filed a lawsuit against the homeowners, and won.

If we did that then we'd get none of the federal pork that Sen Byrd brings to his great state. For example, the runway extension for the Eastern Regional Airport. Nearly all federally funded, and why you ask ... because the 167th airlift wing needed to transition from C-130s to C-5 instead of deactivating or moving to a more suitable airfield.

If we would elect those who would say (and mean) things like "Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country", I'd say we would do a whole lot better.

Dam#4 and Taylors Landing? I used to have a friend that lived in the big house at Dam#4 right before the parking lot. Spent entire summers on that section of the River, actually from there down to about Knots Island below Shepherdstown. I have done it all on that river, from Canoing Expeditions at Terrapins Neck, to Keg parties at Pack Horse Ford.

Lived there from 91 to 99. I would love to move back but I'm afraid it won't be the same, well, I kinda know it won't be.
