Dead plane, gunner cant get out?!

This has happened to me a few times, but I'll be a gunner for some one in a formation of bombers. They get shot down and the planes crash, they then keep moving at what ever speed I hit the ground at along the ground. Through buildings, over land, water, and air fields. But I cant bail. I press enter several times and I dont jump out. If I hit end sortie it says "You must be stopped to exit."
The only way I can stop this is to press Alt+F4.

I dont have the first clue as to what went wrong but if some one could look into it some time. I dont know if this has happened to any one else.

Might have been massive packet loss.
Or perhaps the map changed, strange things happen.


I remember a few nights ago the map reset, and i crashed..got the same message.
Was unable to speak in local "could use radio" was unable to exit flight.
and everyone in my squad had the same problem.


Aparently, if the server map restarts, you are to land* ASAp, do not kill... do not die, just land.
Everything ends up with Fubar.

The map did not change, The war had just started 2-3 days before and I had been on for about an hour or so.

happened to me a few times before. Once it happened to me in a tank. 

but that happened a couple versions ago.
