I dont think Iv ever seen a plane other then the niki or spit8 that can go up and keep thier nose on target up untill they hit 0mph.

P-38 easily can, P-38 is better in the vertical than either of those planes and can hang on its props far better.  Only way those two planes will out zoom a P-38 in the vertical is they have a significant altitude advantage.
