I am just a member of a squad. I am CO of the Allies. But I have no control over anyone and really don't care to.  End of comments.

Why bother to have a set of rules.  If they were fair to both sides the Axis would have to totally change their ways and advantage.

Besides, nobody would agree on what fair rules of engagement would be. Discussions that go on in these forums is testament to that.
