Uploaded our art 3 weeks ago and still not cleared. How long should this normally take?

I'm sure the powers that be have been very busy. You might want to shoot them an email asking this question. They are very responsive.

In the mean time, you can email the bmp to your squaddies and they can manually put it in their squads folder.

Works the same way.
