Agreed.  I was noticing it two nights ago while I was terrorizing the sky's with a Yak-9T.
I edit a lot of my posts.  Get used to it.

I like the yak just the way it is.  I have good views in all directions.  Minimal obstructions.  I don't need the eye-candy that bad.

Not just the Yak-3... the Yakovlev series was the most highly produced fighter series ever (35,000 IIRC). It should have, at least, as many variants as the Spitfire and 109 lines do. For example...

Yak-1
Yak-7B
Yak-9T
Yak-9U
Yak-3

Maybe a standard Yak-9, or a Yak-7 with and without the cut-down fuselage. It Would be nice.
