Awesome video! 

I wonder if this video would be admissible as a test regarding the roll rate of our own P-40E.  At two points he makes the airspeed known, 200 and 220 mph. 

"And you don't need full deflection, I've got uhh 220mph, that's plenty..."

A quick stopwatch gives me about 4.4 ish seconds for a full roll, limited stick deflection.  Going to test our own P-40s right nwo.



PS, his mustache sucks.

Yeah, I too found this vid to be eye opening in requards to roll rate and manuverability.  And yep his mustache does suck....

That was Jeff Ethell. He was killed in a P-38 crash in 1997.

But yeah I rather like the P.40, I just wish it woulf get a face lift in game. 
It is a really good fighter even in LWA when flown propperly.  :rock

Looked like it rolled much like a Spit or 109. I was surprised by him saying the P-51 didn't roll as good as the P-40. That is certainly not my experience with the in-game P-51.
