ok so i called the hotel to check to make sure how many rooms we have still....
we have 7 reservations made so far here is what is left
we have 3 rooms available for friday (if we need more we can get them as long as we ask before they run out)
we have 13 rooms available for saturday night (no more rooms available for saturday. 13 is the magic number yall when they are gone they are gone)
so....here is the scoop...
IF you need a room its best to get your reservations made by june 28th. IF we dont use the rooms i have saved for us they will go back to be opened to everyone at the regular price of 129.00 per night instead of our group rate of 80.00 per night. its up to yall to get your reservations made i am unable to do that for you but i was able to save you some money atleast on the room rate.

i will be giving yall my cellphone number when we get closer so that everyone can keep in touch, mulletman (shawk) will have to give his address out or whatever if needed for those that plan to just meet with us after the airshow for the party.
we have 31 days left till dayton, i'm stoked about it. i cant wait to meet yall. i know some may be new shows but as far as the list goes right now its lookin awsome. i'm thinking about getting some glow in the dark bracelets and match the colors to the different countries. this should make things a lil interesting
