DAYTON GET TOGETHER AAR....


friday night :

Akdogg and family had arrived before me, spending some time at the museum. I arrived around 12:30pm and went right to SHawks house. Arriving I see Robin outside, she and I chatted for a few minutes while I introduced my rugrats and then she told me mulletman was in the computer room. Walking down the hall I hear mulletman talking. I walk to see him still in his jammies ( I think spiderman ones) no shirt on and mullet was all over the place and he was in a whirble defending a base. After he decided to get his daily clothes on, we go outside and chat. I went to the hotel...having difficulty finding it, I faithfully follow mulletmans directions as I was already lost. I took a right at the first road as directed only figuring out the hard way that it was a ONE WAY! So after a few honks and flips of the bird I fix my car and go down the right road to the hotel. Settling in I meet AKdogg and family. Great people they are. Afterwards I head back over to mulletmans..by this time we had discovered that the parade was gonna start later than originally thought so we decided just to skip it and wait for everyone to meet to go bowling. A few of us ended up at shawks house, chatting as more people arrived. WHERE THE HELL IS THAT DAMN FROG....HE'S POSED TO BE HERE BY NOW. So I figure he's probably napping as he had a early flight. WRONG!!! Mr. Kermit had decided to log into AH and get a sortie in before leaving for the airport. WE ALL KNOW HOW THAT GOES!....you can't do JUST ONE SORTIE! So Mr. Kermit misses his flight because he arrived at the airport too late..I KIND OF BLAME THIS ON SPARTIN! Anyways. I talk to Kermy on the phone and he said he would be in around 11:30pm. COOL! So mulletman decides to go hang out with some of the most wanted, others decided to join him and the rest of us kept our plans for bowling. Meeting up at the hotel, people slowly arrived. Poor jstr and family had a blow out on a tire in rush hour traffic in Indianapolis and was running late, BK..well he's never on time. BK's dad and I get directions for the sort of goofy front desk girl at the hotel and I tell him that he's the mission leader and we'll follow him. By this time I'm sort of getting stressed cuz GUNIT wouldn't stop texting me! My cellphone was dying at this time. Anyways, we arrived at the bowling alley. It didn't look like much however it ended up a good time. Going back to the hotel I let my rugrats take a dip in the pool then get them ready for bed, by this time I filled my blinky pepsi cup half full of soco and half full with red bull. I meet up with AKillz in the lobby and sit down chatting with him, 4x comes down just as kermy comes thru the front doors, we all sit down chatting and of course...I had to make sure kermy had a drink cuz of the " I been here 30 minutes so far and I haven't started drinking yet...wtf" comment, so his wish is my command..hehe. I got up to my room and make him a nice strong socobomb. Shegotya, nghtmare and badger8 arrived and join in the convo. Shortly after the front desk girl tells us we either have to quiet down or move into the dinning area cuz we're too loud. Well now...you know what happens next....we move to the dinning area. Quiet was NOT in our vocab. Slowly everyone starts going to bed and it was kermy and I left, drinking and bs'n till 4:30am we call it a night.


Saturday

OHHHHHHHHHHHH MY GOD its so hot and humid outside. A bit hung over and suffering from a lack of sleep we go over to bob evans for breakfast. Jstr & family, karaya, kermy, myself & kids, sgy, nghtmare, badger, 4x & son all settle in and make our orders. Bmathis and his family arrived not long afterwards and mulletman finally drug his butt out of bed. Heading to the airshow after our bellies were full, karaya hooks 4x with a VIP parking..yayyyyyz!...but its still a long walk! It felt like it was like 150 degree's outside and no shade. Can't take coolers in so your stuck paying 3.00 for a bottle of water. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDIN ME!  3.00 for a bottle of water? Anyways, we meet up with Cee64, shortly afterwards gunit & family, the DOW guys, kenny40 & dad ( SQEEK FOR ME KENNY!!!!!!!) arrive. Kenny cracks me up by walking up to kermy and goes " hi kermit...SQEEEKKKKKKKKKKK!!" too funny! Most Wanted and the Bops come down after a bit and ohhhhh my god! Look at this crowd! It was AWSOME! Some of us visited and watched the show for a bit then decided it was just too damn hot! Heading back to the hotel half dehydrated we hit the pool and showers. WHOA! Its 5pm! Heading to shawks around 5pm I walk up seeing mulletman on a ladder, kenny & dad is there, karaya, and others that I cant remember right now due to my lack of sleep. Anyways. I walk up on the deck and out walks SKYROCK! HI MARK! nice to finally meet you! Chatting for a bit with everyone as they arrive I look around. HOLY COW! This is awsome! The yard is filling up fast! Shawk, Kermy and I go up to get the food, birthday cake and alcohol. Coming back it was time to eat! 500 awsome wings!!! Lots of other food and drinks! After eating badger8 and myself decided to do a "applejack" (jack and apple pucker" shot. It hits me like a ton of bricks! Bob Shaw arrives shortly after 7pm or so and everyone finally gets to meet him. Gotya and I started taking party donations shortly after everyone had ate and had a few drinks in them *wink* everyone is more willing to give us females money when they had a few. hehe. Everyone was great with the donations! THANK YOU ALL BY THE WAY! Giving out hats, mouse pads and shirts everyone seems to be having a good time. GROUP PHOTO! WOW! that was a task! Tall people up top and short people on the bottom! Some how I ended up with PK kneeling down beside me like a good lil boy...hehe. After the pics was taken (and yes! we all was looking in the wrong direction cuz there was like a million camera's for everyone to have a copy) I go in to get the birthday cake. My daughter Alyssa turns 13 monday and wanted to celebrate it down there. Everyone did great singing happy birthday to her. THANK YOU ALL! The Most Wanted had a bouquet of flowers sent to shawk's house as a present from the squad, kermy got her a snow globe from san diego (never snows there...go figure). THANK YOU ALL FOR THE KIND GIFTS TO HER! Party is going pretty strong by now, skyrock has his guitar out, bob is chatting with everyone telling stories of crashing hitech's rv8, and making us all laugh with his discriptiion of the event. Alcohol everywhere! Some the boys were playing catch with the littler boys, kaw1000 wanting to get  some corn holing goin, its just time to sit and take it all in. Going back to the hotel around 12:30am or so, kermy, myself, sgy, nghtmare, badger, skyrock, lyric all hang out in the dinning area again, doing shots and socobombs I get pretty plowed and go to bed around 2:30am.


Sunday

Akdogg & family leave around 6:30ish and arrive in the hotel lobby only to see skyrock passed out on the lobby floor. The girl behind the desk informs them "he's been here all night" Akdogg couldn't resist and gets a pic of this rare finding. I wake up around 8ish calling frog boy waking him up. I'm hungry and need food to help with this hangover! Breakfast then museum! Yayyyyyyyz! Walking around taking LOTS of pics my hangover starts getting the best of me and I only want the 6 hour drive home to be over with. Kermy has to leave by 2:30 for his flight and everyone else has kind of left or was on the way out. Driving home I only have this one thought......Why can't the weekend be just a little longer, I have many regrets that I was unable to spend more time with everyone. I am very thankful for everyone that attended it was great to meet yall! Dayton 2009 will be bigger and better! SGY and myself along with the support of shawk and robin will be planning next years event around feb or march.

<royal waves> QUEEN B!! I am still getting back to reality here. Got back on Tuesday with hardly any race pratice and it showed!! We are going to Monitcello again this weekend so another short racing practice ... ohhh and it is the finale!! I am so excited!! Can't wait to see if I am an alternate!! Well, as far as next year it is official ... it will be an annual get together unless something comes up. We should'nt switch off anymore ... we should both do what we can. Hosted by SHawk & Robin promoted by ... hmmm we need a name?? Has to be Royal (something).... not pain in the arses either!! We know we are!! I say you start a thread Betty and we will vote ... cool? heh hee I am making your daughter my filmographer/photographer she did a great job!! I would of never gotten the camera or camcorder I was so busy yackin!! <S> her for me! Words can't describe how much of a great time I had. 5 years in this game for me & you ... what a community we have there!! Your MySpace pics are cool!! Did you see all the albums in MySpace I loaded? My Fan Club sent me some I put in late last night so check it out. I didn't get to take the Royal Chair but, Scott brought the sign to the museum ... what a sweetheart!! I will call you this weekend on our getaway when I have time to BS.
