I can't hope to even match Bronk's answer, but the key word, here, is "simulator".
For your consideration here's a quote that you might recognize "Aces High is a combat flight simulator and massively multiplayer online game for the PC. : "  :aok

Your not saying treat it like Quake or Counter Strike are you, yes its a game but lets not ever make it Gamey.  Maybe HT could make a ruling here as to what F3 was intended for and we all live with the answer.  My guess, the fact that F3 has never seen the MA and it was originally intended for Buffs only.

Lol, Dentin, if you're gonna quote something, you should cut it to suit your argument... take this advice from a lawyer! ;D

What you quoted says, in first place:

combat.... flight.... SIMULATOR!

Off topic, but what the hell...  your suggestion doesn't improve my view/opinion of "lawyers".  I see no reason to continue this banter..lets just agree to disagree.  :)

Well, you see, there's a third party in a judgement who is (at least, who should be) impartial and that's the one who decide who's right. That's why the lawyers can do (almost) anything to win the argument (we have limits, at least here in Italy), especially when the whole things just revolves around words and their interpretation! ;D

Goto my last statement re: Lawyers.  Bottom line is: Pfft!...hope your "interpretation" abilities allow you to get my meaning.

I think they should leave F3 available in the DA, even if just to piss off Bronk and his band of purists.
Im gonna hope it stays so I can have the ever-popular "unfair advantage". (I don't understand the unfairness of f3, especially if EVERYONE HAS ACCESS TO IT.. )

F3 in DA is basicly a crutch for those with sub par SA. I can see it being used in TA but DA is an offshoot of the MA.Its just gamey but then again so is a lot of the game play in there.Sad sad sad.

Because some of us enjoy the realism of being inside our plane, and don't think we should be forced to use gamey views to compete.
