set a small ammount of Deadband on your rudder and elevator axis but leave the roll clean, imo.
set 0% Dampning on all axis. Dampning is not good unless you have shocking stick to cope with.
Deadband - creates a no input zone for a % of the sticks movement. if you set the slider just above the bottom you will smooth out the twitches all sticks have on twisty rudder and elevators.
Damper - delays inputs. say you push full rudder left it would delay the rudder actualy reaching full deflection by some time after your stick reached it.
Scaling - is down to what feels good for you. find someone else who has you stick and ask them what they scale at.
