Wakes after 17 hours of no brain activity and rigor mortis had set in.

Hell of a memorial day weekend when the dead start to rise.

as you can see from our government, no brain activity is not a sign of death.

Only in West Virginia.
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

I remember  hearing about something like this waaaay back..was some bloke in a tomb in Jerusalem who was dead then woke up..... .
Actually, it is crap..if someone is on a ventilator, (even if the heart is "stopped") blood is circulating by virtue of the respiratory pressure, and rigor mortis cannot set in.
Tissue Damage such as seen in rigor mortis cannot be reversed.
