RAF vs LW Pt.2
« on: March 13, 2000, 12:40:00 PM »
Well I think it's time to announce it now. I have some ideas, but they need to be worked out. Kieren, Banex, ygsmilo and others are welcome to help me out with details, as I'll need help. Stay tuned for either URL or detailed description of event here.
As for the timing, since "Mighty 8th Part 2" is not due this month, how about upcoming Sunday at 10pm GMT (5pm EST)?

I'm in!  If the 190 A-5 is out by then, I'd prefer that.  If not, then I'll take a 109.  If possible, I'd like to lead a flight too.

And another thing:  22GMT is a bit late, it is midnight here in Finland.  It will probably be 3am before I'd get to bed... Any chance to make it 20 or 21GMT?

I guess thats enough demands for now

I'm personally not aginst 8pm GMT, thing is it's only 3pm in USA and we might expirience pilot shortage. After all, more pilots - more interesting to participate in the event. Also, my last event last Sunday took only 1 hour.
Camo, if you find enough people who wants to have play this event at 8pm GMT, I'll be glad to run it at that time.
On this note, I remmeber when I used to play WB, SE were used to be run at like 11am-12am EST and they always had enough people. Would this be optimal time to run the event? I too have problem with 8pm GMT, since it's 5pm in my time zone, and it simply kills all my plans for the day.

Great mx22 - my 109 only needs minor repairs so I be ready this weekend...

But I also vote for 21GMT - I think that would be some sort of compromise...

Really looking forward to another circus!

Kirin,

How about 17:00 GMT?   It's noon at my time, this time suits me the best... This time issues bugs me, to say the truth. I want to run event at the time when there is a lot of people online in MA (not less then 65). This way we can get a lot of walk ons, and you know - the more people, the more fun.

Guys,

Due to some previously unexpected stuff on Sunday, I'll have to resheduale event for Saturday same time.

Sorry,
