Need help downloading missions

This new plane AI feature sounds interesting, and so I want to download a few missions.

The only problem is, I'm computer retarded. 

Can somebody give me a walk through of how to extract the folders to my AHII folder in order to play them?

Put the ".mis" file into your "offmis" file, which is in your main AHII folder.  I think any ".res" files (if there are any - there usually aren't) should go in the "missres" folder, also located in your main AHII folder.  I think but I'm not sure that any other things go in your "ahiiterr" folder, but this may not be correct.
