WTG JG11 & 347th FG.  Many of you were in the top killers list!

Those 6 kills that ahevents says I got were not because of me.  They were given to me because my squadmates knew what to do and were always nearby.  I would have died with zero kills if it wasnt' for my squad.  I did not get 6 kills but rather my squad got 13 kills and 6 assist, and were forced out of position preventing us from hitting any bombers before they dropped their bombs.

Army of Muppets sacrificed themselves to the allies.  They were about 6 pilots strong, yet patrolled over 70 miles of the front line.  They gave us position reports of the spitfire and p47 fighter sweep locations, alt and size.  Because of them, we were able to survive as long as we did.  We still didn't get to hit the buffs until after they hit their target, but as a squad, we lived because AoM did a remarkable job.  They also caused the spits to burn up some fuel, lose a few pilots and rattle their confidence.  <S> AoM

Bearkats and I worked on improving our local orders which enabled us to be more productive.

If only the 55th Velociraptors would have showed, would we have had a chance of hitting the bombers before they arrived to their target.

HeavyH and his squad also saved our 190s from death.  <S>

I'm proud of my squad for their performance, thinking and participation level for this entire FSO.  While the Aleutian FSO was a fun one for us, the Back To Tokyo FSO was brutal.  We learned from the Back To Tokyo FSO and that helped us have more fun for this current FSO.  The fun factor was just great.
<S> FSO CM team on a great and fun setup.

Stampf / Kermit,
Was a pleasure flying the not so friendly skies with you last night, The Blind Bats were tasked with covering the northern sector which was quiet all night. About an hour into it, we were ordered to fly down to the middle of the country ( 10 110s strong) and lend a hand. All i can say is wow what a team. From our squad and all the axis squads, this was a true reversal from the last two fridays. Those Spit, Buff and 47 pilots didnt know what hit them. Our Axis fighter pilots were 2nd to none last night, CIC was on top of everything with the planning and orders, and the sector controllers were flawless.
Release the Kracken is a perfect title for what occured last night.

It was a real pleasure flying with all you gents on the Axis side. A big <S> to you all. You are all true team players.

And a <S> to the Allies for a job well done.

More or less the same for 251, daddog. Myself and my wingman managed to reach A66 in time to help the defenders there polish off the Mosquitos, but the rest of my squad was too far back and didn't get there in time. We didn't see any combat as a whole until we joined the forces running the last of the B-17s out of 60/61 area. Unfortunately we were too spread out and engaged piecemeal by two-ship sections and couldn't coordinate our attacks. We got three of the 17s and helped take down a number of others (I got four assists myself in the action) but one of us was shot down and four of us lost our engines (two crashed attempting to glide home, two made it in safely to 61 or 60). We ended up with only one 109 fit to fly without requiring substantial repairs. :D
Ron White says you can't fix stupid. I beg to differ. Stupid will usually sort itself out, it's just a matter of making sure you're not close enough to become collateral damage.

JG2 had a great time this FSO.

with the scores.

Glad I could help out.  I was low on fuel and was heading to re-arm.  I noticed that the next base over was flashing.  As I approached, I heard Kermit call for help.  I had 7 minutes of gas left, but thought what the heck.  was able to swoop in on a couple and got some hits.  I landed with less than one minute of gas left, re-fueled, and then chased a couple more spits back towards the channel.   :salute
