What Ride Is Your Horn?
« on: May 26, 2008, 08:57:38 AM »
What car or truck or other vehicle is your music instrument?

My clarinet is a Miata -- fun, responsive, tough but delicate, petite but robust in the right hands.

My tenor sax is a Dodge Charger -- hoooeeee! let's take this baby out and let 'er loose and see what she'll do!

My 78 caprice is like a... Bass guitar, beautiful when played slow, more subtle than anything, but you know its there. push it to fast and it falls apart lol.

My snare drum is an old Toyota truck w/ a hole in the exhaust manifold.  Well, that's how it sounds at least.

My piano is an AMC Pacer.  Small footprint, efficient, and you get all hot and sweaty playing it on a sunny day.

Les Paul Guitar.  A little old but still plays a marvelous tune.

My beater bike is an old 77 GS750E Suzuki. Going from that to the Triumph gets weird sometimes, hehe.
