Hey Sudz-briefing room problem

I've built custom airfields(3 types) in the OE using default AH objects, nothing imported.  In regular offline practice, everything works like it should, but when I run a mission off it, I don't go to the briefing room during the briefing time.  I just sit in the tower for the alloted time, then go straight out to the runway.  Do I need to physically add a briefing room in the OE/TE somehow?

The briefing room needs to be a part of every field if you want to ensure transition to the briefing room on mission start.
