I yak with armorment like that...those guns and that plane are 2 things that should never come together......like and epileptic kid and a handgrenade

A Yak-9UT would probably end up a perk plane, because it's just too much to handle.  That thing with a high velocity 37mm cannon in the nose would be a VVS wet dream.

The Yak-9T, OTOH, might not be, because its performance is average.  Still, the NS-37 is a real beast of a cannon, making the M-3 of the P-39 look anemic.

I haven't seen the link posted in a while, seems like that was before the massing of the plane whiners (Pre 1C's? I forget)
