Vortex's gun sight, looking at his film, looks pretty similar to the one I use in my 109's.

'GermanRevi16c'

and the alpha file (GermanRevi16c_alpha)


Make sure you convert them back to .bmps (image hosting sites require .jpg's)

Opening it in MS Paint, and selecting 256 color bitmap when you save it should work.
