So let me get this straight, the best aspect of Aces High I'm missing is the comparing who's is bigger after a Special Events is run?

Well shoot, MINE is the biggest so you all shouldn't even try to compete AND I can barely fit it in the cockpit. I regularly shoot down several guys in special events, and I'm usually pulling on the WRONG JOYSTICK!!!!

Eh, well the discussion was taking a turn for th worse so I figured I'd step on the gas and get it there faster!

Actually, the biggest change the buff guys insisted on after Frame 1 was that the fighters be allowed to sweep rather than escort.

We basically unleashed them and told them to go do their job, which is engage enemy fighters. The buffs flew unescorted.

Maybe the 109's either got too interested in fighter V fighter and forgot their real mission or maybe the jugs were more effective when not tied to the buffs.

Anyway, it worked just fine.

Gee, wonder what historical example we pulled that from?  :D
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!

Had we had a 3rd frame, we would have adjusted by having the cap stay within 10 miles of the airbase, some high, some low, to compensate for the High/Low buffs you sent in...see, thats why the first frame is the real one that counts.. ;)
