How do i post my traceroute to the technical support forum so I can let HTC contact the appropriate networks.

After you run it you can save it as a text file and cut-n-paste it here.
Actually I was thinking you had a pingplot results and it dawned on me now you said traceroute. I'll be quiet.

If you're actually command prompting a traceroute, you could always hit the Print Screen button and Paste into Paint. Then crop it to the window.
